Chef Nick Perryman is a proud alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America, where he honed his craft and developed a deep passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences. His culinary journey has taken him through the kitchens of The Four Seasons and several Michelin-starred restaurants, where he refined his skills under some of the world’s most respected chefs. In 2019, Nick brought his vision to life by opening his own restaurant in Greenville, South Carolina, earning acclaim for his creative, globally inspired dishes. His career later took him on the road as a tour chef for major music artists and bands, providing world-class meals on the go and gaining a reputation for his versatility and excellence under pressure.

Now, back in his hometown of DeLand, Florida, Chef Perryman has launched his own venture combining his years of fine dining expertise, international experience, and passion for hospitality into The 19th Hole Catering Company. His mission is simple: to bring elegant, flavorful, and memorable culinary experiences to weddings, corporate events, and private occasions across Central Florida.
